Shipping

• What items can you ship?

We are able to ship the following:

- Message Cookies
- Celebration Candles

- Cake Tasting Box
- Confections (Coming Soon)

• How long does it take to receive my shipped order?

We make every thing from scratch at You Dessert Better. With that in mind, there will be a processing time based on your order. 

Once your order has been baked and prepared, a shipping confirmation should be sent out to the email address you provide.

Because of the perishability of our goodies, we ship our items express shipping via UPS.

Pick-up

• Do you offer pick-up?

Yes, all our decorated cakes are curbside pickup or delivery ONLY due to the intricacy of our cakes. During curbside pickup and delivery, all customers are made aware of proper handling and storage.

Once your order has been collected and your order has left the possession of You Dessert Better, please be advised that we are no longer responsible for any damages.

Delivery

• Where do you deliver? 

We deliver to areas shown on the map below. Our delivery rates are calculated based on distance from our workspace. 

You Dessert Better will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, traffic changes, etc.

• When can I expect my delivery?

Custom/Specialty Cakes: 

We will deliver your order to the address provided and delivery time requested within business hours of 9am - 5pm.

​Custom/Specialty cakes will be delivered or ready for pickup in 3-4 working days from the date of order. Some orders may take additional time to prepare.
